Liebes Bienenzuchtprofi Team! Als Imkerfacharbeiter habe ich dieses Jahr erstmals Buckfast Kunstschwärme Liefertermin Ende März - 1/2 April bestellt. Zugegeben war mir die letzten Tage etwas mulmig da man auf diversen Imkerforen und Gruppen teilweise sehr negative Bewertungen über Euch liest. 1. Auf einen Frage antwortete der Support nach gut 2 Tagen. 2. Gestern Nachmittag 03.04 bekam ich einen Anruf vom Bienenzuchtprofi ob eine Lieferung am 04.April OK ist. 3. Heute Nachmittag rief mich das Speditionsunternehmen an und avisierte die Lieferung. 4. Ware - Kunstschwärme Top verpackt. Aufgrund der zurzeit etwas kühleren Temperatur sogar mit Wärme- Heizpad damit die extra mitgelieferte Königin nicht unterkühlt. 5. Top Bienenmasse - gesunder Eindruck. 6. Die Schwärme noch schnell eingeschlagen und gefüttert was alles problemlos verlief. Fazit: Bin mit der Lieferung mehr als zufrieden und werde sicher nicht das letzte mal bei Euch bestellt haben. Super Bienchen
Hallo zusammen,
vielen lieben Dank für diesen tollen Bienenschwarm! Die Bienchen sind wohlauf angekommen, aufgeregt und ziemlich laut :-). Ich bin Anfänger und es ist mein erster Volk. Habe wie in Anleitung beschrieben gehandelt: Schwarm mit Wasser gut bespritzen in kühlen Raum für Ca 3 Stunden gestellt und die Königin im Schuhkarton der nicht ganz zu war auf die Seite in Wohnzimmer gelegt, davor mit 3 Tropfen Wasser Käfig befeuchtet.
Später am Nachmittag habe ich alle Bienchen und Käfig mit Königin mit 4 leere Rämchen ohne Mittelwände nur mit Schiffrumfpleisten bestückt, 1 Rämchen mit 2 Kilo schwere Honigwabe von Dorfimker, die ich zuvor auf Varoa sorgfältig überprüft habe und eine volle Futtertasche, die 4 Kammer hatte, mit 3 Teile Futterteig und 1 Teil Wasser mit Ledum Palustra Globuli vorsorglich gegen Varoa die evtl. noch bei Schwarm Bienchen dran waren in die Beute gegeben. Gitterboden habe ich halboffen gelassen um gute Belüftung zu gewährleisten. Habe so viel wie möglich Futter gegeben da bei uns leider zum Lieferzeit max. 11 Grad am Tag waren.
24 Stunden später habe ich Clip von Königinkäfig entfernt damit die Bienchen sich durchfressen können, die Königin würde aber bereits schon angenommen da die Bienen um ihr Käfig herum mit Schwänzchen bereits getanzt haben. Habe ebenfalls nach 24 Stunden den Flugloch geöffnet.
Volk entwickelt sich prächtig, nach nur 4 Wochen sind 8 Rämchen komplett zugebaut, Honigwabe des Dorfimkers würde als erstes nach und nach in Brutwabe umgewandelt. Es sind nur noch 2 Rämchen übrig die gebaut werden sollen. Nach 1 Woche habe ich 3 Varoa Milben auf eingeschobene Plastik Varoaboden gefunden, danach bis jetzt keine mehr. Der Schwarm war tatsächlich bei Lieferung sehr sauber :-).
Mein Mann war ein wenig skeptisch wegen Sanftmütigkeit, da die Bienen beim Imker im Dorf sehr aggressiv sind und greifen wenn man Zigarre raucht schon in 20 m Abstand von Bienenvolk an. Diese Biene hier sind wirklich sanftmütig, mein Mann kann sogar neben Stock Zigarre rauchen ohne dass sie ihn registrieren. Ich selbst arbeite ohne Handschuhe nur mit Apizin Creme, Kopfhaube und Wasserspay, bis jetzt auch nicht gestochen worden.
Bin sehr zufrieden, würde immer wieder Kaufen. Genau wie beschrieben sanftmütige und sehr fleißige Bienchen

Kundenservice unschlagbar
Ich habe bereits mehrmals bei den Bienenzucht Profis bestellt und jedes mal war ich sehr zufrieden. Die Lieferzeiten wurden eingehalten und die Schwärme sind unversehrt angekommen.
Mir ist bei meinem letzten Schwarm leider die Bienenkönigin erfroren, nachdem ich den Kundenservice das geschildert habe, haben sie mir sofort eine Bienenkönigin zugeschickt, die am nächsten Tag auch schon da war ! So ein Kundenservice ist einfach unschlagbar.

Excellent service
I am starting as a novice beekeeper and made some small mistakes with the swarm when it was delivered, on time around 6AM, as planned by the seller. I couldn't put them in their hive directly. So I had to wait for the evening but it was hot day and bees consumed their food quickly. I did not know I could open the lid to put syrup in the plastic bottle (1st mistake). I sprayed water regularly on them to keep the temperature a bit down since they generate quite a lot of heat.
Evening, I put them in the hive, but I put the pheromone stick 15m away on the ground and forget it there. Next day, they are all on the stick ! I had to put them back during the day into the hive again and then put the pheromone stick away.
Since they don't have any food reserve, I am feeding them every day as they drink all the syrup I put. I hope the queen will get out of her cage today and be accepted. Otherwise, I will have to try again next year!
In any case, I am very happy and would recommend this shop for bees and queens. I have to check if I received my partial refund since I initially order dark bees but at the end was delivered buckfast bees - which is probably better for me since this is my 1st hive in my life and they are not so aggressive.
A small suggestion I would add : if you could include in the package a quick note/guide en DE/EN on what to do with the bees. I suppose 99% of your customers know what to do, but for the 1% left, that would be great!

....das Kaufen und die Abwickelung waren problemlos, die Bienen und die Königinnen waren fit und ließen sich gut einloggieren. Jetzt ist das Volk trachtfähig und grade einen HR erhalten.los
Bei Bedarf werde ich gerne auf die Bienen der Profis zurück greifen. MfG M. Greite
